Terms of Service

The full terms — including refund policy, money-back guarantee mechanics, FTC Click-to-Cancel commitments for recurring donors, and Florida solicitation compliance — publish Q1 2027 with counsel review.

Standing commitments (binding pre-policy):

Money-back guarantee: Opti-Life Makeover Challenge participants who complete the program and feel it did not deliver on its promise receive a full tuition refund.

Recurring donor cancellation: Cancel anytime in one click via the donor account portal. We do not require a phone call. We do not gate cancellation behind a retention conversation.
